Laughter Yoga: Spring Fling - Held May 2nd, 2016
The theme of this particular Laughter Yoga session is to transform what isn't helpful to us anymore along with the play of Springtime Activities. We will sit, play, laugh, meditate, and write to connect to new possibility. Please join us for two hours of awesome connection, laughter, movement, new possibility, stress relief, and a few nibbles.
This session will start your week feeling recharged, renewed, and re-focused. Shed your stress with laughter! No poses, no special clothes, no sweating.
Opray Winfrey says, "Laughter Yoga combines laughter with breathing exercises. It is a perfect way to laugh and get exercise at the same time. It approaches laughter as a body exercise so it is easy to laugh even if you are depressed or in a bad mood. I have tried it and it works.”
As part of Rain's give back model, 10% of your class fee will be provided to a Portland based non-profit that Kym selects. She has chosen Friends of Outdoor School who is dedicated to preserving the Outdoor School experience for all Oregon students regardless of a student's ability, experience, income or family background.
